Mile High Plant Guy Terms of Service

1. Maintenance Guarantees: Replacement guarantees apply strictly to active commercial contract accounts. Plant replacement guarantees are voided if plants suffer damage from improper client intervention, severe temperature fluctuations, utility/HVAC failures, or unauthorized relocation.

2. Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt or within agreed invoice terms. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom installation orders before purchasing nursery materials. Late payments past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

3. Access: Clients agree to provide safe, unimpeded access to plant locations during scheduled service visits.
